REFLECTION
Many approaches to leadership development neglect facilitating the space required for participants to consider their own context, their current habits and the individual areas of growth they desire to pursue.
PRACTICE
This is where the DOJO format is in a category of its own, embedding guided practice assignments into each program so participants are able to build new capabilities by repetition and refinement of practiced actions.
INTERACTIONS
